
Who I am
My name is Izaac van Kralingen, born in Gouda. I am an experienced international project leader, speaker, coach and founder of NPS Academy.
Until 2003 I held several management roles at Siemens AG, and until 2024 I was Corporate NPS Officer at BSH Home Appliances, where I led the global NPS implementation across more than 55 countries.
After many years of international experience, I decided to leave my corporate role to focus fully on sharing my knowledge, experience and passion for the Net Promoter Score (NPS). My mission is clear: to use the power of enthusiasm to drive positive change for people, within organizations and across society.
My enthusiasm
I believe that enthusiasm is a powerful driving force behind growth and connection. When enthusiasm takes the lead, work gains meaning, collaboration becomes natural and trust grows.
Companies that embrace this through NPS become more customer focused, more successful and more socially responsible. Enthusiasm brings out the best in people. Customers feel it, employees live it.

As enthusiasm spreads, it creates momentum. More people and organizations discover the strength of working from positive energy.
The focus shifts from problems to progress, from frustration to inspiration, from measuring to know to measuring to improve. That is the power of enthusiasm, and it is what I dedicate my work to every single day.

A philosophy that drives me
The quote "Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm" by philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson deeply resonates with me, especially in my work with NPS and customer loyalty.
Through experience, I've learned that enthusiasm is the foundation of every meaningful achievement. It gives direction to our work, energy to our teams and builds genuine connections with customers.
Emerson's words remind me daily that without true passion for what we do, we risk getting stuck in routines instead of moving forward with purpose.
In my NPS journey, this enthusiasm is what I bring to every project, with the belief that together, through shared purpose, we can achieve extraordinary results.

I see the olive branch as a powerful symbol of peace, reconciliation and hope. To me, a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) carries a similar meaning: it represents satisfaction, trust and positive growth in relationships with customers.
Just as offering an olive branch is a gesture of connection and reconciliation, I see a strong NPS result as an opportunity to rebuild and strengthen relationships with customers.
And just like an olive tree needs time and patience to grow and flourish, I believe improving NPS requires consistency, attention and perseverance.
Only then can you build sustainable customer loyalty that truly drives your business forward.
