Thank you for visiting the NPS Academy website. Here, you can explore for inspiration, browse at your leisure, or sign up for training sessions or services. You can also opt to stay informed about future trainings, events, or publications. In doing so, you may leave behind online traces, including personal data. As a company, we are obligated to inform you about how your personal data is handled, its purposes, and how it is stored and secured. This is outlined in this Privacy Statement.

Your data will be handled carefully, confidentially, and with respect. If you sign up for a mailing or a training session, your data will only be used for that specific purpose. If you request an introductory meeting via the button to the contact form, your email address or phone number will be used to contact you. More details are provided below.

What personal data is collected?
By visiting the website, filling out a contact form, and/or using the services offered, the following personal data may be processed:

• First and last name
• Company name
• Phone number
• Email address
• IP address (the address of the internet connection used to visit the website)
• Data about your activities on the website

Why is this data collected?
To contact you and to perform the services requested. Your name and contact details are used to maintain communication and/or inform you about company activities. Additionally, visitor behavior is analyzed to improve the website. Information shared over the phone is not recorded in writing.

What will not happen with your data?
Your data will not be sold to third parties. It will also not be used to create extensive visitor profiles, nor for decision-making based on automated processes (i.e., decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention).

Technical and functional cookies are used to ensure the website functions properly and provides a smooth user experience. Additionally, general visit data, including IP addresses, is tracked using Google Analytics.

How long is your data stored?
Confidential data and personal information shared during conversations and trainings will be deleted no later than six months after the training. Names, email addresses, and phone numbers are retained to allow future contact unless you object. Final assignments from training sessions are stored as proof of certification and as inspiration for other participants unless you object.

Need to correct, view, or delete your data?
Contact us, and we will address your request. If necessary, you may object to the processing of your personal data and/or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
